Team Member permissions

There are 13 permissions based on the features of Auction Manager that can be set individually for each team member account.

These are the different permissions to be selected:

  1. Invite Team Members and Edit Permissions
  2. Update Organization Info (includes contact us information, org address, billing info)
  3. Update Auction Info (includes adding a new auction, changing auction dates and times)
  4. Update Live Event Info (all event details under the section Event>Live Event Info)
  5. Set Payment Processor, Award Items, Process Payments (access to all of close out)
  6. Create/Edit Home Pages
  7. Create/Edit Items
  8. Create/Edit Categories
  9. Create/Edit Item Sections
  10. Create/Edit/Send Emails and Import/Export Email Lists
  11. Create/Edit Donors and Sponsors
  12. Create Quick Sales and Create/Edit Live Event Bidders
  13. View Reports/Print Materials
