Why are Auction Emails being filtered as spam/junk?

If your email recipients do not receive the auction emails that you have sent:

  • They will need to check for spam filtering/firewall/whitelist settings.
  • We also recommend that as the client, you create your emails with a balance of HTML and text, and graphics and text, so you are not overly reliant on either HTML or images. This should make the message less likely to be filtered.
  • Some of your mail recipients may have very high security settings, several different kinds of filters, and anti-spam programs running, which may interpret anything other than a plain-text email as spam.
  • Bear in mind, spammers are quite resourceful at breaking through new filters, so they are updated frequently and this may cause your messages to be filtered.

By following these recommendations you should have the best result.
