How to add a Donation in IAM

When logged in to the Item Acquisition Manager, click on the Donations tab and then click on the green Add New Donation button.

Fill out the form with information about the donation.  The required fields are:
  • Item Name
  • Number of Items Donated.  Please note, this is the number of items that you'll list in your catalog.  For example, if you receive 2 tickets to a football game and you want that to be one item, the numbered entered would be 1.
  • Estimated Value of Each Item.
  • Item Description.
  • Donor. To enter an already existing donor, slowly type in the donor/company name, then select them from the menu that appears.  If the donor doesn't already exist, click on the Create link under that field to add the donor then.
You can also upload any images you have of that item.

Click on Create Donation to save your work.
